I love being a Life & Career Coach and my guess is that you do as well. It is an honor and a pleasure to be able to pick up the phone everyday and touch lives around the world. But there’s more to being a Coach than just coaching, isn’t there?

It can all be a bit overwhelming. And somewhere in the midst of helping others lead their ideal lives it’s all too easy to lose sight of our own. Coaching others can leave us feeling drained, lonely and out of alignment with where God wants us to be.

That’s why I regularly hold a small, intimate L.I.F.E. (LIving Fully Engaged) group for coaches, including tele-conference meetings and your own private forum so that you can meet with the other coaches in your group in-between sessions to share your lives.

This three-month L.I.F.E. group exists to help you:

  • Walk the talk (fully live the life God has designed for you to live)
  • Gain new insights and tools to help your clients
  • Surround yourself with godly support and accountability
  • Renew your spirit

Here are a few of the pertinent details:

Who: Christian women coaches seeking to be all that God created them to be

Group Content: Along with regular encouragement and prayer from other women who understand your work and your world, there will be an opportunity to discuss:

  • Your Own Personal Life Purpose
  • Aligning Your Life With Your Deepest God-Given Desires
  • Suffering and Obstacles: Finding God During Hard Times
  • Defining and Following Your Passion and Energy
  • Dreams and Desires: What is God Laying on Your Heart
  • Calling: Where is the Master Sending Me?

How Does It Work: Our group will meet on a conference call line AND have its own secure, private discussion forum. On that forum you can meet and interact with one another between sessions, share resources, prayer requests and your lives.

Group Material: Christian Life Coaching Handbook by Tony Stoltzfus. We will be drawing selected material from this book to encourage, challenge, and equip you as daughters of God and as coaches.

This book was written for coaches and offers a biblical model for coaching. With excellent articles and over 60 tools and exercises, you will learn first hand how to better align your daily life with God’s unique calling for you, discover new resources for your clients and make godly friends that could last a lifetime.

When: Starting January 18th, 2012. The first and third Wednesday of every month for three months.

Where: On a conference call line from the comfort of your own home or office. The call will also be recorded (as technology permits) in case you have to miss a call.
