I am a life coach, entrepreneur and owner a start–up coaching business, Upstate Life Coaching Services LLC. I am married with three grown children and live with my husband Ron ~ and our Golden Retriever, Scout ~ in the rural town of Livonia located in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY.
